Damn man I tell you... Non-stop downloading until dunno when to stop (hence, non-stop)

My friend introduced me this website called SimpleDesktop which she found on GoogleReader saying that the desktop wallpapers look good on Mac. And i was instantly hooked to the simple vector graphic.. super minimalistic! There's tons of it, and I haven't even finish browsing it and still downloading. It ranges from plants, pets, retro stuffs to cutesy characters.

Eye pleasing I must say and wow, (example on top) i think i need to set my wallpapers to change every 5 seconds. XD

So how do I even celebrate Valentine's Day when my boyfriend is not around? It's just "Tuesday" came into mind at first, but how can you ignore it when you see events like cheesy lines and roses and kisses and gifts and couple photos and bla bla bla Flooding Facebook? And i'm so out of budget to get "The Gift" for my boyfriend. I thought of making paper roses but then again it seems so unnecessary to a guy like him to keep that.. I can already imagine it being thrown in a corner after a week or so. So yeah, for now, forget about my boyfriend.

So instead of celebrating it with my partner , who is away at the moment, I decided to make use of whatever relationship I'm having with. And since I'm away from home, I called my bestie and family members, gave them instructions and voila! made a Valentine's Photo Collage to celebrate the love for my Family and Best Friend.

As soon as i'm back in my hometown for CNY, I was rushed and given privilege by my dad to open a... Surprise surprise!

Too speechless for words to describe my excitement!

Gosh, what an excitement opening the grand prize that I've worked on so long. XD

I actually asked and begged my dad to get my a MacBook for me (school's purpose the reason). And i've been saving that request for my 21st Birthday and unfortunately, it didn't work out that well. (Check out my previous post - ♥ & all to find out why). But nevertheless, I desperately need it for my school's work, mainly in design, and design needs serious graphic memory. I already had enough of the lagging and crashing from my ancient laptop, and I heard that MacBook is suitable for those kind of "jobs" that i'm "offering" Phew! I've been bearing with the previous Acer laptop for almost 2 years!

I'm so happy to have finally gotten what I need and I am really thankful for my dad and my mom and everybody who told me to be patient and who actually told me to ask for it. XD

And as for my previous laptop, it is now 3 years+ old, still functioning "ok" and it's in good condition. My dad made me promise to give it to my mom, and I did. I miss it though, but oh well, at least my mom got to keep it and not sell it. :-P

Starbucks 2012 Planner

Ever since they introduce the Starbucks Christmas Edition Card (reload card), I was instantly hooked to the design, instantly bought the idea of the drinking coffee, and went from non-drinker to...wait, still non-drinker.

This is the Christmas card they introduced, along with the service of reloading it,
and using it to buy your favorite drinks, tumbler, cakes etc. Mine is the snowman version though.

This card is basically free! all you need to do is to just pay RM20 for registration and the RM20 is directly credited into your preferred card. So, you pay RM20 and you still get RM20 to buy your drink(s).

and... this is when I started to drink.

You can also redeem a planner worth RM88 by purchasing 15 handcrafted beverages(any size) with your card and claim the planner. Unlike last year, you need to purchase 15 beverages and the size MUST be grande. (guess they received complaints about not being flexible) I claimed mine last year, with the help of my Jusco card too, to claim discount for any drinks I purchased(cheap skate) But too bad, Jusco card is no longer applicable for any discount this year. And this is where I set a goal to drink that 15 Starbucks beverages, with the help of my boyfriend and friends of course, I would never be able to complete my quest without them. THANKS GUYS!

Waste of Time, Money and Calcium!
Again! It's basically FREE!!! Gaaaaargh!!!

Probably they couldn't finish giving/selling the planners that they have to come out with a new way to get rid of them.

Anyways, at least I can get one for myself and my mom. I'm such a good daughter. (It was meant for her right at the beginning!) XD

Sorry, for not keeping you updated bloggie, cause I've been really busy, and you know how it feels like to be forced to shut down whenever my laptop start pms-ing and how it feels like to be ancient and lagging and slow and creaky and hot. And sometimes, you just hate it whenever the line goes berserk and just start being a bitch. I know you also hate that I pay more attention to Tetris Battle than you, and not seeing me work on the post that I'm supposed to work on (I DID HALFWAY THOUGH, just got very impatient with the lagging condition). I promise you it'll be alright and everything will be normal.

You know that I have a lot of activities going on and many things that I wanted to say to you, and you know that I'll flood it within a short period of time, like how I used to do before, then leave you alone again. I promise I'll try to keep our relationship as steady as possible, and keep you update as soon as possible. Forgive me.

Google featured Mark Twain's Tom Sawyer today, and I was thrilled to see the illustration of Tom Sawyer and his famous fence where he gets people to help him paint it instead of him doing it all alone!

Tom Sawyer is one of my childhood storybook and I grew up loving it! And it also made me miss those times where I used to play in the streets with other kids, and having so much fun! unlike kids nowadays who wasted most of their times in front of the screens and hardly read any real books!

I must say, Tom Sawyer is one of the classic story that never grows old.

My current addiction after The Sims Social...

Been playing it non-stop as soon as the energy bar's full till it runs dry. This game has been a long time fave since I was a kid, and now, Facebook revived it with the purpose of it is to "rank up" among your friends.

Trust me, this game is highly addictive. Addictive for me in the sense that i'm always trying my way to get my rank up and the feeling of unsatisfactory every time you're beaten by someone else. So, you're always trying. (I wish my assignments could make me do that *sigh*)

Here's a snapshot of it. notice my energy bar? It's the first time I got it by
collecting all tetriminos. It's an infinity rainbow energy bar!

So happy when I got it. Now, I can play non-stop. but, for only 24 hours.
Enough for me though. But, I need to control,
my finals is approaching and hooking on it is definitely a no-no.

The Sims Social

So recently I've been playing The Sims Social and I was instantly hooked to that game. Sims social is a Facebook application/game where you can create your own Sim, decorate/ build your dream house and interact with other Facebook users to earn "simoleons" and to level up. But basically, i'm just there for the building and decorating part. :-)

Throughout the time I've been playing it, I've encounter several bugs/weird stuffs going on with the game. Either it's the bug of the game, or my ancient laptop is playing it's part. Zzzzz

So here's the snapshot.

And here's another application where you can find in The Sims Social Page called
"Simify Me" where you can "simify"yourself (turning yourself into a Sim)

You can either upload a picture of yourself, snap a picture through
your webcam or create it yourself, then the application will somehow
magically transform you into what they think you'll look like as a Sim.

This is the one I tried with my picture.

Where should I even start?

My birthday...
been planning month's ahead, got myself gifts and even bought a ticket back home to celebrate my 21st birthday with my family. Didn't turn out well as, the unexpected happened. My beloved grandmother passed away just one week before.

Devastated, and sad, just visited her two weeks ago before she left, wasn't doing so well, was keeping an eye on her throat to make sure she's still breathing. Her body was partially deformed because of dialysis. She couldn't recognise me anymore, mistook me for the old maid that took care of her, and she was quite fond of her. Part of me felt glad for she will not have to go through anymore suffering. Everyone came back for the funeral except for my sister, and she was very very sad for she is not able to see grandma for the last time. Took quite sometime for her to recover.

It was a sad event; She was the sole person that pulled us together, between my dad and his siblings, and now, she has departed, it would be expected that out gatherings will be lessen.

Anyways...
I am still reminded of my grandma every now and then, I dreamt of her several times. She's been an awesome grandmother to me and though she's gone and had lived her life for 90 years, we should all be glad as she will not have to go through anymore suffering.

A bottle of Burberry Perfume.. fell in love with the scent the
first time I smell it a sample in a magazine. So I bought it to pamper myself.
It's also my very first bottle of perfume. ♥

Finally, a birthday won't be it without a birthday dress! ♥

This is just a teaser of how the pattern of the dress look like, I didn't have the chance to wear it still,
saving it for the right time and right occasion, but yeah, my birthday card shows how I think

Dentist again...

I was getting nervous when my sister drove me to the government clinic, and the fear sets in as I went in to the waiting room. There was 7 person in line before me - enough for me to calm myself down before going in to the doom room. I waited for about 30 minutes and it's my turn.

There was this corridor of rooms. Mine is room no.8.

As soon as I walked in, there comes the ghastly smell of dental stuffs and sterilized equipments that greets me. What's worse, blood on the tray and another patient lying there getting her sedative injected into her mouth.

Then again, the chair... dum dum dum!!!
She asked if I would like to extract tooth of just go for check up. Obviously I opted for check-up. She said nothing's wrong with my teeth. o.0. oooOookaaay. Then I hinted that I felt a hole right behind my front tooth. She checked again (rolls eyes) Then there she goes, saying that I need to have it fix by filling it with composite, and suggested I get it done quickly in a private clinic because she predict it'll get worse as time goes by, and also because their list is full by all those RM1-dental-service-citizens. (It's a government clinic for god's sake) On the other hand, I figured out that she's not eligible enough or not experienced to perform such complicated operation.

Anyway, of all 3 dentist I've paid my visit, only one checked my teeth throughly. And that's the one that suggested me to get the canal root removed. Freagin costly. There's another that suggested that I get it extracted then get dentures instead.. =.=, cause a removed canal will cause the tooth to crumble anyway. Dayumn... dentures. hmmmp.

So this is the third day after my first teeth scaling. And I can still recall how it's like in the dentist room-it smells and spells horror and clean.

Ever since my very first visit to the dentist, I developed this sense of fear towards dentist and the smell of it. - Latex gloves, face mask, sharp drilling equipment, bright light that sets upon your face when you lie down on that "comfy" chair. Dentist shoving stuffs in your mouth that don't taste good nor feel good. Gross! I don't like the feeling of people messing with my mouth.

The second experience that I remember that made me hate dentist so much that I refrain from visiting them whenever possible. It happen this way and it's quite simple. The dentist (which appears to be a female) spank her whatever scalers or mouth mirror onto my mouth just to make me open my mouth because it appears that I'm tired and closed my mouth a bit when she was about to apply composite to my tooth. It hurts bitch!

But I turned back to them because of my wisdom tooth. It's been bugging me for years and now it gone worse, though not fully grown, and I need it to be removed, but failed cause according to the dentist, my gums were swollen and if I extract it on that very day, my gums would've bleed severely. So, no extraction, but scaling was recommended.

It was my first scaling and throughout the whole process, I was thinking that it'll be better if I just go for the extraction, because that involves only a tooth, by scaling involves all, so every single tooth hurts but worth it cause now I had a set of clean teeth! *Blink* Besides that, I found out that I have to perform this root canal thingy where the dentist will have to drill a hole in order to remove the deceased root to prevent further infection, since one of the roots were dead because he assumed that I fell onto it and damage it when I was younger. But, luckily, he said I could do it another day as the operation is freagin costly. I thought skipping that because I know drilling holes would mean serious pain and soreness for a few days and I love food! =( But anyway, anyhow, I have to get it done before it gets worse and to prevent more visits to the dentist.

Well, I have more to do... Getting this root thing done. ={

I'm reviving this blog!

Ever since I last entry, this blog is filled with unnecessary stuffs like polls and online earning stuffs in hope that I could earn some too. LOL. But for now, i'm giving myself a head start. No more of those nonsense. Success comes from hard work and determination. (and lets just hope I followed my advice XD)

So what happened for the past 3 months?

1st thing first... got 2 tattoos within 3 months time

Fox tattoo designed by me... just signifies so many things, and to remind myself for *some text missing* XD

Dolphin tattoo... again, designed by me, for my passion XD... and also a gift from my boyfriend.. Awwww~

p.s : Tattoos designed are not "just for fun" it served as a reminder of life.. not to mention (i'm still not tired of choking you and killing you in my head) to remind me of getting rid of some "pest" and destroying them with all means! Muhahahahahah...

Makeover? More like unleashing some part of myself...

Picked up guitar, on my own after a month of lesson consulted by my friend. Now i'm learning, well practicing a Chinese song... less chords, more picking. Can be quite soothing when i'm playing it.. Music in my ears; self contemplating.

Found out that i'm stronger than I think I am, thanks to the support of my special friends who have helped me through the "times". Nothing beats the feeling of being appreciated that encourages you to go on living your life to the fullest.

See Jean, you're probably one of the few who reads my blog and I knew it. I've never written a blog about anyone else before and this one's for you.. ^^

Well, as long as I've known you, you understands me the most, though I can say you wish to hit me at times when I'm not thinking straight or even tries to twist the whole story of mine. XD

And yeah, I'm not gonna deny that I'm annoying and selfish and obnoxious, but still, you accept me as who I am. You gave me hope whenever I feel down, you just know when to brighten my day. Every time I face problem or even just need somebody to talk to, I turned to you. And I couldn't compare myself to you who have been such a great help even when I not in need. It's just nice to have you to talk to. Or to be direct, someone to complain to. XD

No doubt of course, you've known me for so long that you know what type of girl I am and what type of people I usually hang out with. You even know my every reaction I had towards every crush that had confessed to me (not to brag though >.<) And talking about the conversation we had the other night, you can even tell how special someone can be to me even though you've never met them. Wisdom tooth has been bugging me since two years ago... and it hurts more and more each time it grew.

Lots of stuffs had been going on lately and I still can't sort out what's wrong... i'm scared, i'm bored, i'm frustrated, unhappy, tired, happy, crazy and everything in between. Still couldn't find the root of this problem.

I've never been this moody before. Not in the mood for almost everything. Assignments discussions and shits. Guess i'm better off alone at this point.

Depression is eating me inside out and i'm starting to have trouble recognizing my aims and goals. Everything is related to each other but don't seem to make sense. It's pointless now, there's no returning back. But I wouldn't want to go back and change what I did. I stick to the principle of what happened make up who I am now. And who I am now is just no where to be found in the mist of all the happenings that surrounds me everyday.

Paranoid... it seems that I've been thinking too much lately, but what I thought wouldn't be false either. I've been going through my own life and there's no way I can change what they once thought about me. Innocence is just bliss...

So, this is probably the first time I posted something related to celebrity life.

Firstly, I had this thought after knowing about the Jack Neo scandal, or perhaps, it's not a scandal anymore (He admit it so)

The funny thing is, people are such curious creatures that some would just love to stick their nose into other's personal lives. Such as who they hang out with, what they eat(damn, i can feel the pressure if everyone knows what I'm eating) even how much their property's worth! (who would wanna reveal that?!...it's stupid! it's like this huge pressure and control the society have over you... They know this, they know that... bla bla bla.... non stop hacking into people's business for their own entertainment...

I mean come on, I admit, I do bitching a lot, but not till that kind of extent where reporters or paparazzi have to dig junks and scraps and everything in between from celebs, and where some celebrities would just have to face the crowd, read scripts in front of them and do all sorts of dramatic actions... after caught red handed (shit....media =.=)

negative negative negative comments..... no wonder some would choose to end their lives....

Went midnight karaoke in Redbox instead of AmpSquare to just give it a try. It's somehow pricey compared to AmpSquare but no doubt there are more updated songs available in Redbox.

Everything is all a blast accept for some that I would consider unnecessary:

We were given 2 bowls of titbits that doesn't taste at all nice and classy, and it cost some freakin RM10 per bowl for some snacks that I could probably buy it for RM5 per 500gms! And it's compulsory! That would be a stupid way to earn extra cash over some cheap stuffs everyone can get. I would be willing to pay if they would offer some of their specialties instead.
Freagin cheap drinks that doesn't taste good. Were surprise for a place as classy as Redbox offers syrup drinks! AmpSquare are way better than that! Besides, it doesn't taste good!
Rooms were not at all private...really insecure over that transparent glass on the door instead of semi-opaque. (*chills*)

Points that I would love to give credit to:

Good sound system
Songs are updated, but not completely updated
Overall was good

And I do agree with my friend who suggest everything (most) will be worth the money if we go during during off-peak session or time or whatever (damn, my grammar is getting worse!)

Got a free head voucher for our next visit, but only eligible for one (*T.T*), and a minimum of two is required. Anyway, plan to go and use that voucher during exploration week. XD

My new watch! after a few months of bare wrist and unawareness of time, I finally got my lovely pink watch! and for only RM15! XD...bought this in Malacca, after numerous visits to different shops, I finally got this watch at a reasonable price! YaY!

My long lost fav pillow!(just the pillow case) I had two of them actually, only that the previous one, my mum actually gave it to my dog =.=|||, and this wasn't at all the original pillow that I love smelling it( I know it's gross) since my childhood time. The original pillow was stuffed with cotton instead of now, I bought a synthetic fiber stuffed pillow. The pillow was a gift from my grandma... Found this in my grandma's house in Malacca too.. :P

Dad gave me that cheeky smile when I confront him about this pillow...XD

This new diary, yeah, well, still new...Antique brown tinted pages filled with various adorable graphics. A gift from my sis during her trip to China, and I haven't even wrote anything in it... =.=

This super gigantic doll! (for me) Saw this while window shopping... Would love to have it! Bet I would always smile upon looking at it every morning. Darling... please get this for me... please~ XD

First of all...SEASON GREETINGS to all little earthlings ...

It's been a long time since I've "touch" my blog, ever since that fregin internet at my place doesn't work for any log in thingy such as my hotmail and my blog... =.=

Anyway, just a few briefings about what's going on during my "disappearance"

My birthday 2009, celebrated it in a karaoke booth along with my classmates and my friends. Then, Michael went on to treat me on a Japanese meal... Lovin it~ Thanks mike and everybody involved, though i've expected haagen daaz from the start, anyway, i've blew off the surprise of the cake in the booth(i knew about it k? just don't wanna disappoint you), lucky for you mike, i din expect that (I don't even know where's sushi zanmai is =.=)
Treat from Mike to Haagen Daaz, to make up for his good friend's birthday(wasn't that good, but at least i got my tongue on it)
This is probably the most remembered event - My dad's treat to Haagen Daaz with my mom... FINALLY! all to myself and got a better taste of the textures...and why is my parents here? well, they're here for my aunt's wedding, I got to be the camera girl, and the reward is, I got some extra cash.. $$
Tensions broke loose, in 48 hours, i've slept for 2 hours, this is a BIG deal for me folks, cause i'm those kind of girl who just don't miss the common sleep routine.
Christmas....NOT! parents went holiday-ing on CHRISTMAS DAY without me... they went off with my sis, leaving me and my two bros celebrating lame Christmas in Secret Recipe and KFC. Darn~ I've been expecting stuffed turkeys and gravies and salads and chowder and *BURSTING with thought* STOP! =.=*
And this is probably the first time I don't wanna miss class...! but, i just have to miss class for two days due to the cheap ticket, i just hate to use that term... my family is in saving mode...we all are aren't we...

Arthur's Day, Black Eyed Peas, FIREWORKS!!!....Too bad I'm not there... >.<

I was sleeping not quite soundly yesterday night until suddenly I heard continuous explosions above the roof...It wasn't then till I realize it was fireworks and I was like "What the Hell?" and then...Oh yeah.... The Black Eyed Peas were in town doing their concert nearby in Sunway...

I got so excited that I peeped out of my window only to find some stupid canvas blocking the view..I mean, they were continuous fireworks, it must have be fun to look at it..(yes I know I'm still a kid at heart =.=|||)

And I know, it's early in the morning, but anyway, I was going "Blog Crazy" nowadays, and was already drafting this blog right after the fireworks which was about 12.00a.m.++ well, (Ctrl+s) *some text missing*...haha

Went past a Beauty Saloon and saw the price list for the facial treatment...It was RM38, but as I went in and ask for the price...again, it was RM98! and the complete set was RM198!!!.... So, the problem is, for the sake of my face, should I spent that much? I'm here for my studies, but I can't just ignore the fact that my face is getting worse after countless praying, product testing and water drunk. T.T

Got crazy finding that paper(Watercolor Paper) high and low, far and w i d e....=.=|||, looking for A1 size, but somehow, most of them don't have the exact size... and most of them are closed for RAYA!!!! T.T...

Anyway, manage to find one(THANK GOD)....BUT!, I need to buy a really LARGE one and cut it into the size that I want(as what I just said, they don't sell exact size of A1)... and to my horror, it cost RM60, after some discount given by the shop owner...(Thank you, but errrr, i need to starve for a week or so) T.T
